Project goals:
The aim of the project is to develop capacities for management, evaluation and support of research and development at the CxI TUL in order to ensure the competitiveness of research in international comparison. Using the experience gained from the solution of the OP VaVpI project, the aim of which was to build CxI, and with a 4.5 year implementation of a new project the CxI will undergo:
- setting up a CxI strategic management system in accordance with the HR Award and obtaining HR Award,
- development a system of internal quality evaluation of processes and human resources compatible with the corresponding TUL systems. It also includes verification of set principles in the form of pilot implementation for a defined period,
- establishment and progressive systematic development of international cooperation in research and development and the internationalization of the research organization. The effectiveness of the set principles and measures will be monitored, evaluated and possibly corrected during the verification implementation,
- systematic underpinning of the stabilization and further development of the CxI inter-sector cooperation. Part of this is a verification through a pilot application of the newly set CxI processes,
- setting up a strategy for the development of CxI TUL research and development popularization, including the pilot application of the newly set processes within CxI
Through strategically tailored processes within CxI TUL, the staff of this research facility will acquire new expertise and skills for strategic R&D management, and internationally competitive conditions and environments for performing R&D excellence will be developed in line with the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the recruitment of researchers.
