Two new colleagues join the CXI team. Both from Ukraine.

It was talked about at the end of March, now it's official.

Two new reinforcements are joining the CXI team from April: Nataliia Horichenko and Oleksandra Zolina.
Both new colleagues, originally from Ukraine, are joining the research department, specifically the Environmental Chemistry Department.
Both graduated in Ecology and Environmental Protection from Krivoy Rog Technical University, are qualified ecological engineers and both have teaching qualifications.

In addition, Oleksandra has also completed her studies in Psychology at the
Open International University of Human Development. In recent years, she has devoted herself to the practice of psychology.
She describes herself as adaptable and quick to learn new things. Her wish is to have an interesting job where she can apply her experience and skills and develop herself.
She enjoys sports and nature.

Nataliia has worked in technical and managerial positions. In her own words, she is an easy learner, communicative, responsible and hardworking.

Natalia started on 1 April, Oleksandra starts next week.

Both new women colleagues received our immediate support. We are happy to help them when they really need it, because there is a state of war at home in Ukraine and they had to leave because of that. They are the next foreigners in our international team. We believe that working at CXI is a good prospect for their future and we wish them a quick adaptation at work and in Liberec.
