CXI TUL employees join together for a disc golf teambuilding event

On Monday 24th June CXI TUL organized a teambuilding event, which was marked by sports and celebrations. Apart from playing disc golf, the next item on the agenda was the celebration of the 60th birthday of the director Miroslav Černík.

The event took place in the picturesque surroundings of the Grabštejn disc golf club. Disc golf, which became the main sports program, was a novelty for some participants, so the game brought a lot of fun, laughter and healthy competition. Employees who were used to working together in laboratories and offices now had the opportunity to work together outdoors and experience something new together.

In addition to sports activities, a rich offer of refreshments and drinks was prepared, which provided a pleasant atmosphere and the opportunity for informal meetings and conversations. The highlight of the day was the ceremonial presentation of a gift to the unsuspecting principal. He was touched by the sincere wishes and thanks from his colleagues.

The teambuilding event successfully fulfilled its purpose. Employees left with a smile on their faces, full of new experiences and with the feeling that they belong to a cohesive and friendly team. CXI TUL thus once again confirmed that it values not only the professional skills of its employees, but also their personal well-being and team spirit.
