Use of recycling of recycled tyres and polyurethane foams

The project proposal assumes the development of new polymer composite materials based on polymer matrix and technologically processed worn tyres and polyurethane foams. The new materials will be used to manufacture a variety of products, in particular through thermoplastic injection moulding technology. At the same time, the materials will be recyclable and reusable. This will eliminate the need to landfill tyres at the end of their useful life, but also the need to landfill polyurethane foams contained, for example, in refrigerators, freezers and water heaters, etc.
