Study on controlled decoration of organic and non-organic support by metal nanoparticles for catalytic applications

Within the framework of the research project, we plan to produce nanocomposite systems consisting of inorganic supports which are metallic nanowires (Ni, Cu, Co) decorated with metallic nanoparticles (Au, Pd, Re, Ru). Such a combination and its controlled process is expected to ensure a significant improvement in the catalytic properties of the produced composite systems.
