Vývoj inovativních čistících protokolů a rezistentních nanovlákenných membrán pro potravinářské aplikace

The primary project's aim is to create a set of protocols for the cleaning of nanofiber filter membranes applied especially in the food industry, specifically in winemaking, brewing and for the filtration of mineral water or milk. Protocols will be adaptable based on membrane material and application. In order to reduce fouling of the renewable membrane, the project will further focus on the development and testing of nanofiber membrane modifications. In order to identify the impact of modification and regeneration on the performance of the nanofiber membrane, equipment measuring the parameters of pressure membrane processes at constant pressure or flow will be designed and constructed.
