Project:

Development of Eco-modular filtration structure for self-sustaining wastewater treatment system for residential/non-residential apartments and buildings using advanced modeling methods

Registration number:FW10010385

Realization period:01.01. 2024 – 30.06. 2026

Leader at TUL:doc. Ing. Michal Petrů, Ph.D.

The main goal of the project is the development of an Eco-modular filter construction of an autonomous wastewater treatment system for apartments / non-residential and apartment buildings using advanced modelling methods for liquids with a lower viscosity value (e.g. wastewater, aqueous solutions, rinsing water, demineralised water, oil), whose design solution will be in line with the development of ICT technologies and the Industry 4.0. The innovative industrial filter will be a modular construction of a labyrinth design to obtain the required water quality in dimensions for non-residential and apartment buildings. As part of the project, planned research focused on acquiring new knowledge and skills will be carried out to develop a new filter design that enables the self-cleaning function to be performed in a new way and also for knowledge related to the use of IoT sensors.
