The aim of the project is to create a multifunctional acoustic element with air purification function and variability of acoustic functions according to the situation and requirement, i.e. It can both diffusely dissipate and efficiently absorb sound energy due to an antibacterial nanofibrous resonant membrane, and which can be transformed by simple shape modification into 1) a semi-closed box with sound absorption coefficient values α ≥ 0.6 from the third-octave band 500 Hz upwards and a normalised level difference higher than 9dB; (2) an absorptive screen with sound absorption coefficient α ≥ 0,6 from the third-octave band 500 Hz upwards; and (3) a diffuse screen with normalised directional diffusion coefficient values d ≥ 0,2 (≥ 0,35) from the third-octave band 500 Hz (2000 Hz) upwards.
