Zvýšení dostupnosti bioplastů na bázi polyolefinů a využitelnosti recyklátů

The goal of the project is the preparation of masterbatch material recipes that will be widely applicable in the plastic processing industry, both in the field of plastic injection and extrusion, and in the field of 3D printing. The functionalized basis of these masterbatches will form a suitable mineral filler, the composition of which will be optimized as part of the project and further individually modified to achieve the final properties in the required range. The supporting matrix of the masterbatch will consist of a bioplastic with a polyolefinic base, and the high content of mineral filler will ensure not only an increase in mechanical and barrier properties, a reduction in shrinkage, an improvement in temperature and chemical resistance, but also a reduction in the price of boiplasts, which will contribute to their higher applicability, with the possibility of using them for modification of recyclates.
