Development of a variable direct nanofiltration unit for efficient water treatment and purification

The goal of the project is the comprehensive design and construction of a unit combining direct nanofiltration (dNF) and ultrafiltration (UF). The main areas of application are the treatment of drinking water (mainly smaller surface sources) and the recycling of waste water for the needs of industry, possibly irrigation. The unit will be tested at two pilot locations (water treatment plant, WWTP). Thanks to the project, an extensive set of operational data will be obtained, which will enable the transfer of technology into practice.
