Development of quick changeover means for sorting screens production preparation machine

The project-goal is development, design, manufacturing and installation of technical means for quick changeover of machine for the production prep. of industrial screens. The solution will be focused on mechanical and automatic elements of "SIKR Production System". These process-elements will significantly improve factory flexibility, which is an essential condition for fulfilling the market-demand in small series and custom manufacturing of industrial screens and conditions for future Industry 4.0 implementation. Newly developed technical means targeting both the reduction of external operations, and the transformation and shortening the internal operations extending the machine downtime. Solution will focus on mechanical devices, low-cost automatization (LCA) and advanced automatization.
