STIMUL20 - Selection pressure and nanomaterials as effective tools for stimulation of biotechnology systems.

The project is focused on the issue of technological use of microorganisms in the environmental and wine sector. The systematic adaptation and stimulation of selected microorganisms through exposure to various selection pressures in order to strengthen their technological properties is especially innovative. Another innovative element of the project is the use of nanofiber biomass carriers (immobilization, conservation and inoculation of microorganisms). The outputs will be sets of modified microorganisms and procedures for the implementation of nanomaterials in the environmental and food biotechnology.
