Heat flow optimization realized on the plastic plates forming machine is the main aim of the project. Energy consumption by the heat flow optimization will be reduced. Heat flow will be observed and a construction changes for a heat loss reducing will be designed. The machine operational effectivity will be increased. Several designs of the heating and cooling systems will be prepared during the project solving, a general principles of physics will be applied by an innovative way. Every design will be verified by mathematical model, the most optimal version of the prototype will be manufactured. Benefits of the machine modification will be better forming process stability, temperature homogeneity, quickness of heating and cooling, higher productivity and higher products quality.
