The project aims to develop new frost-resistant materials and their integration into the production of propellers for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). In this context, the basic premise is the development of materials that do not compromise the integrity of existing UAVs and thus can be deposited in the form of a thin layer with specific physical and mechanical properties. Such an approach can undoubtedly contribute, among other things, to increasing the operability of UAVs and increasing the safety of operation during flights in meteorological conditions allowing the formation of icing. Fulfillment of the project goal is ensured by interdisciplinary and interinstitutional cooperation using available scientific research capacities and experts from practice.
