Kompozitní materiál pro balistickou ochranu

The KOMBO project is focused on research and development of a composite materials based on an inorganic binder and a functional inorganic filler designed for heavy ballistic protection, especially for first-line, intervention and special units. Part of the project is the optimization of the composite composition and its preparation method in terms of efficiency, weight and production costs, verification of the possibility of improving its properties using reinforcing fabrics, preparation of functional sample and its detailed characterization, including ballistic tests and preparation of commercialization plan in collaboration with potential users.
