Minister Langšádlová visited the Liberec Region, she also stopped at CXI

On Thursday, 3 November, the Minister for Science and Research, Helena Langšádlová, visited the CXI Research Centre at the Technical University of Liberec. She met with representatives of the university and research managers involved in the development of modern technologies and innovations for industry.

In addition to physical experiments and a tour of the institute's state-of-the-art facilities, Minister Langšádlová personally tested the application of augmented reality with Hololens glasses, which is used in her research by the team of Ing. Jindřich Cýrus Ph.D.

In the 3D printing laboratory, we discussed the possibility of printing jewellery as one of the traditional products of the Liberec Region.

We believe we impressed her with a demonstration of a small modular electric vehicle with autonomous elements, which we are happy to show and is a masterpiece of the team led by Assoc. Ing. Michal Petru, Ph.D.

A visit to Liberec is not without a tour of nanofibre production, so the Minister was also welcomed by colleagues in the Nanoprogress laboratory, which deals with nanofibre production and other products.
