In today's fast-paced and increasingly demanding times, it is not uncommon to feel overwhelmed by a multitude of tasks and responsibilities. Work, family, social commitments, personal projects and other obligations can easily fill life to the point where we feel we can't handle it anymore. When it's just too much, it's important to find a way to deal with the situation to maintain not only our productivity, but also our mental and physical health.
Finding support
No one should face challenging situations alone. We can seek support from friends, family or colleagues. Sometimes it can be very helpful to share our fears and stresses with someone who understands and can offer advice or just listen.

If you feel that it is too much and you are unable to cope with the situation on your own, do not hesitate to seek professional help. We have an Academic Counselling and Support Centre right at TUL and its experts offer a comprehensive system of professional counselling and consultation for all employees of the Technical University of Liberec.
