CXI Employee Satisfaction Survey: strong team and challenges for the future

CXI's 2024 Employee Satisfaction Survey showed that we most value a friendly team, quality research work and strong connections with industry. We see the greatest progress over the last three years in communication and collaboration between research departments.

But we are also aware of the challenges ahead. The uncertainty of grant support, the need for clearer career development opportunities and the administrative burden are among the most frequently mentioned areas where we see room for improvement. We also see reserves in financial stability and working conditions.

"The results provided us with valuable feedback. At CXI, we want to continue to strengthen our support for research teams, develop cooperation with industry and improve the conditions for our work," says CXI Director Miroslav Černík.

In response to the survey, we will focus on supporting career development, reducing the administrative burden, ensuring stable funding and developing benefits.
