Precise multi-base optical emission spectrometer

Fully digital spark optical emission spectrometer with digital Bit-Stream plasma generator and double CCD optical system. Designed for routine analysis of smelting plants, laboratories and quality control labs. Tasman is full immune against changes in outside temperature.

Due to its self-learning test method, delta-ANALYSER will not only provide fully automated and reliable protection from total loss of test objects and test benches. Additionally it offers information on the start of damage and cause of damage and thus provides engineers valuable input to optimise the design.

Thanks to the highly reproducible measurement results and the clear analysis, delta-ANALYSER helps to carry out comparison tests related to service strength and emergency operating features for variable assemblies, components or material combinations under realistic load conditions in a complete system. So users can put their products even closer to the physical limits regarding weight, emissions, service life and quality – and continue to leave the pack behind!

Fields of Application:

  • Transmissions: Manual transmissions, automatic transmissions, dual clutch transmissions, CVT-transmissions, transfer cases and rear axle drives
  • Engines: In-line engines, v-engines, w-engines, boxer engines, diesel engines, natural-gas engines, petrol engines,  hybrid engines  and electric motors
  • Components: Hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, small gears, servomotors and compressors, drive shafts, small components (roller cam followers, etc.)
