Annotation:
The aim is to support problem-oriented interdisciplinary materials research, which will significantly contribute to the effective use of TUL R&D activities and lead to internationally competitive quality. The R&D plan is divided into interconnected programs:

• Flexible hierarchical structures
• Composite materials and structures
• Functionalized nanomaterials

The sub-objectives, the development of interdisciplinary teams, links with foreign research partners and instrumentation, will lead to the production of new results and joint projects.
