Department of Advanced Technologies

The department deals with the search for new technological applications in the field of thermoplastic injection moulding, extrusion and expansion of thermoplastics in combination with the development and design of moulds for injection moulding and expansion. The development of peripheral and service accessories is carried out within the framework of individual technologies. The development of recycling processes for polymeric materials, as well as for non-polymeric materials, is also an integral part of the activities of the Advanced Technologies Department, which applies the results not only in the automotive industry, but also in the consumer, food and arms industries, where the development of selected parts of firearms and ammunition is carried out.
