The Department of Nanochemistry uses the tools of organic and inorganic chemistry for the preparation and chemical modification of nanomaterials, in particular nanoparticles and nanofibres. Due to our strong background in chemistry, we are able to synthesize almost any organic and inorganic compound and thus prepare customized functionalized nanomaterials.
