Olympus BX 43 FL
Bc. Alice Břečková
Fluorescence microscope used mainly for determination of drinking water quality (determination of biosestone ČSN 75 7712 and determination of abiosestone ČSN 75 7713). It can be used to analyse native slides in transmitted light and native and other samples with autofluorescence or fluorescence staining. Image capture with a Canon EOS 70D colour camera is possible. Evaluation or modification of the captured images is performed in QuickPHOTO MICRO 3.1

Olympus BX51M

Particle Image Velocimetry
Ing. Darina Liederhausová, Ph.D., ING.PAED.IGIP
Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) is a non-intrusive laser optical measurement technique for research and diagnosis of flow, turbulence. It finds applications in microfluidic chip development, spray development, atomization of liquids or aerification of gases. Another extension is the Laser Induced Fluorescence (LIF) method, which is used in the measurement of temperature fields of liquids in closed vessels.
The Dantec Dynamics platform offers a range of PIV solutions to suit different research needs. Basic systems use a single camera to measure two in-plane velocity components. More advanced systems use multiple cameras to measure three velocity components in either plane or volume.

Sensitive robot KUKA LBR iiwa 7 R800
doc. Ing. Tomáš Martinec, Ph.D.
Sensitive (collaborative) robot with a load capacity of 7 kg. Its main feature is instant contact recognition and the possibility of force reduction during movement, so that they can collaborate on the same parking lot with a human without safety restraints. However, their sensitivity can also be used for tasks such as assembling sensitive parts or solving geometrically uncertain tasks (e.g. handling parts made of soft or flexible materials).
