Yoga will invigorate your body and put you in a good mood. Come to a yoga class on Thursday, led by our colleague @Nhung. It's time to awaken your inner energy, vitality and try the power of yoga!

Nhung will guide you on the path to physical and mental well-being. On Thursday, August 17, 2023 from 3 to 4:15pm, Nhung looks forward to seeing you at "On the Lark" Park (right in front of the L/G building on campus).

Nhung professes a simple philosophy: "Keep it Super Simple" or KISS. All you need to bring to yoga is a yoga mat (or towel) and a bottle of water. On these hot days, we can't forget to drink as much as possible, so you need to have a bottle of WATER by your side.

Nhung says, "Yoga is for everyone, regardless of previous experience. You don't have to be an experienced yogi to participate in my practice. All you need is a desire to move and stretch." Nhung promises that the practice is guaranteed to improve your mood and leave you with a feeling of contentment and joy that will linger long after you roll up your yoga mats.

Energize your practice:
For the best experience, it is recommended to avoid heavy meals at least 2 hours before your yoga class. This way, you can fully engage in the exercise without feeling burdened. When you nourish your body with a light and healthy meal before your practice, you will increase your ability to move through the postures with grace and ease.
