Experts from CXI and TUL will present at the Additive Manufacturing Forum 2023 in Brno

Additive manufacturing and 3D printing is a key research topic for the Technical University of Liberec. As NCK researchers for industrial 3D printing, we lead a consortium of nearly 30 partners. Therefore, experts from CXI TUL will not be absent as active speakers at the Additive Manufacturing Forum in Brno in October. They will present their cooperation with the German Frauenhofer Institute as well as the activities of the Centre for Industrial 3D Printing. One of the biggest conferences in the industry takes place on 11 October at the Brno Exhibition Centre.

The forum promises not only eight hours packed with information on the latest 3D printing technologies, but will also focus on the economics of additive manufacturing. So how to make money and save money on 3D printing? These are the questions that experts at the Brno forum will be looking to answer.

And what can you expect from the team of the Technical University of Liberec? The lecture by Jiří Šafka and Jan Kočí will be part of a block dedicated to innovations in 3D printing of plastic, composite and metal products. They will talk about environmentally and energy efficient production, the potential of additive technologies and the development of materials with specific properties and the use of digitalization.

This will be a unique opportunity to hear about the latest technologies directly from research and the experience of our experts in collaboration with industrial companies.
