New "call room". Use it for virtual meetings and video conferences

Interesting things are happening at the CXI Research Centre. At the request of the staff and in response to current work needs, a state-of-the-art video conferencing "call room" has been set up to allow staff more privacy and focus on their virtual calls and video conferences.

This new room is located in the West Tower of CXI, specifically on the 5th floor directly behind the kitchen. It is equipped with all the necessary equipment for comfortable and efficient video conferencing. In addition to the modern equipment, the room also has a working Eduroam TUL network, which ensures fast and reliable internet connectivity.

You can book your time in the "call room" directly in the online calendar. Anyone interested can easily see if the room is free and then book it and adapt it to their needs. Reservations can be made through a special online "call room" calendar shared by CXI staff.

The "Call room" serves as an ideal space for important business meetings, presentations or team consultations. "We set up this "call room" at the request of our employees. We have taken inspiration from modern workspaces and are bringing a new standard of virtual meetings to our company. I am glad that we have a place for pleasant and productive calls," says CXI TUL Director Mirek Černík.

This initiative is part of CXI TUL's efforts to continuously improve the working environment for its employees and their efficient work.
