Microstructural evolution and atmospheric oxidation of nanocrystalline films, as a way to create functional structures - MSCA4Ukraine

The project is a complex research. The fundamental part is devoted to studying the effect of the nanocrystalline state on electrical conductivity, thermal expansion, and diffusion of films. In the applied part, the fundamental results will be used to create nanostructured functional structures.
